Our technical capacities are based primarily on an efficient system of information gathering because good company management is essentially good management of data and know-how. All details regarding a production process (projects and design, production cycle, control specifications, etc.) are stored in a replication system using Disaster Recovery methods.   Every night the replication system is aligned with the main one.   In the event of faults in the main system, we can very quickly pick up again with the replication system. 
 
We have recently developed a sophisticated digital document archiving and management system. From suppliers' invoices to Customers' orders, all data are stored on the server so that they are easily accessible when required anywhere in the company.   
Naturally we have an accurate documented authorization and password system and each function in the organization has access only to the information authorized by corporate policy.
Daily back-ups are made of all vital data in the various systems. We are fortunate in being located on an industrial estate that was among the first to have broadband optic fibre cables installed.  
Of course we are protected from external hacking by means of powerful firewalls and antivirus that are constantly updated.
 We use Siemens NX and Solid Edge software for projects and design and AutoCAD for simpler requests.
