Our Sales, R&D and Quality Control departments are geared to meet customers' requirements both in the design and production process, in after-sale follow-up and the day to day organization of supplies.

The production process, headed by the Director of Production, is divided into seven Production Areas. The first includes the following processes: sheet flattening, shearing, punching and laser cutting. This area supplies sheet metal to the other production areas. These are organized into groups of related products and are responsible for the entire sequence of constructive processes: from the folding/pressing process to final assembly and manufacture of the end product

We have adopted this organizational model satisfactorily with the application of the lean production system: this means short specialized production lines combined with direct intervention and high visibility. This way our Customer becomes part of our production process. Our production area becomes an extension of our Customer's company.

Production is assisted by completely computerised documentation; from drawings to bills of materials and work cycles. Continuous control collects all relevant information needed to keep production turning in the best conditions. During the productive cycle, all relevant data is collected by a network of terminals which use bar codes to identify all products being worked as well asindividual production phases. We constantly have real-time information on how production is proceeding, which is of fundamental importance with a view to product traceability.
