Our offers are binding except in special cases when it becomes necessary to make technical modifications to the finished product. We are therefore very careful about obtaining all the required information to ensure that all aspects have been clarified.
Customer is therefore requested to cooperate with us as much as possible and supply all product details needed for correct management of the offer.

Our offers are generally composed as follows:
a. Description of the product
b. Cost of special machinery - where required
c. Cost of the prototype
d. Cost of the product
e. Conditions for delivery ( returns, payment, duration of the offer, etc)
f. Packaging

Non-Italian Customers will receive the offer in English, German or French should this be the language they prefer to use.
