Orders and deliveries

This vital sector is organized flexibly so that we can cooperate with our Customers in setting the model of operation. There are certain fundamental aspects to be considered right from the start:
- The product's specific characteristics, therefore the cycle of production required and lead-time;
- the average size of each lot produced, the annual demand and the rate of consignment;
- transport costs;
- most important of all, the Customer's requirements as well as those of the final market.
It is our constant daily concern to guarantee punctual deliveries. However this does not depend solely on us, the Customer's participation is fundamental.

We monitor regularly the punctuality of our deliveries with questionnaires in which we ask our Customers to assess and express their degree of customer satisfaction.

Punctuality in delivery times is decided in the very early phases of product design in which we must ensure that technical solutions and production cycles are compatible with demand. When demand is highly variable and therefore particularly difficult to predict, but speedy reaction times are needed, it is obvious that clear technical solutions to satisfy the request must be factored in.

Kan-banKan-ban, just-in-time, lead-time, call-off and others are not just odd phrases; they are concepts that we apply continuously in order to give customers the best solutions.

An e-mail is sent out periodically/weekly offering a view of the current orders made by each customer.

Each order is followed by the requested date of delivery, the date we have confirmed and any subsequent variations.
